Kristin is a registered dietitian who has a strong clinical background and is passionate about providing high quality, empathetic nutrition care. She is the Mum of two active daughters and has a wide range of experience in the corporate and public health sectors, which helps her support clients in achieving realistic goals. Kristin has completed a Bachelor of Human Biology from the University of Auckland, a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Service Management from Massey University, and a Master of Health Sciences (Nutrition & Dietetics) with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland. She is the author of a number of published scientific journal articles.
Kristin has a current annual practising certificate and is a member of the professional body, Dietitians NZ. She is authorised to be a dietitian prescriber. This involves being able to prescribe for the supply of government-funded special foods, which includes oral nutritional supplements, tube feeds and food thickeners. Kristin is a High Performance Sport NZ approved performance nutrition specialist. She has an ISAK accreditation in anthropometric assessment, which includes skinfold measurements.
